Essence of Hospitality

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, the fifth hotel operated by HCI under an IHG brand, will feature 130 rooms, 20 of which will include in-suite kitchens. The property developer and lessor, Europa-Center, aims to establish the hotel as a benchmark in the Spanish market for its commitment to environmental sustainability. As part of this commitment, the hotel will be connected to the municipal recycled water network in the San Pablo de Río Seco sector, which will significantly reduce water consumption once the hotel is operational. The entire plot, which includes the hotel and two smaller buildings, has been designed to ensure harmonious integration with the surrounding environment. Additionally, a bike lane will be added to connect with the existing cycling network, promoting sustainable transportation and urban mobility. Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols, a 425-room property located in the Mallorcan destination of Alaró, is scheduled to open in the first half of 2025. The launch of the Vignette Collection Mallorca – Finca Banyols will mark the debut of the Vignette Collection brand in Spain, part of IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio in Europe.
